Two can easily train on the Dual Bar at the same time. 1: Face the Dual Bar from the end and place your hands on the bars and do push-ups. 2: Raise yourself up in the arms, and raise your knees toward your chin.
EXCERCISE 3
With your back to the ground, pull yourself up by the arms and lower again. Stengthen core, chest and arms.
