CHEST - NW101
The Chest is a seated chest press, that uses your own body weight as resistance in training. This station improves the strength of your chest, front of shoulders and triceps.
Hold the handles at the bottom and press forward.
Hold a handle with one hand only, and press forward.
Hold the handles as high up as possible, and press forward.
Advanced level: Includes training your abdomen.
Hold the handles at the bottom, raise your knees and press forward.
